● Please be advised that all work is scheduled on a strict timetable. In the event that we are unable to meet the scheduled deadline due to error on our part, we will continue to carry out your project until completed. But, if at any time we run behind schedule due to a lack of materials from you (logo, text, photos, planning sessions, etc.), and your original deadline has been reached, you will be rescheduled in the next available time slot.

● SS Media Co is not responsible for creating content for your web site. However, we will help you determine what information is suitable for your site.

● All jobs require 50% Deposit before any work will be started, and the remaining 50% upon completion.

( Quotes under $500.00 require 100% deposit, Quotes from 501.00 to $1000.00 require 70% deposit). After SS Media Co receives remaining payment we will launch your website. Deposits are non-refundable. If deposit on project gets moved over to another project we will deduct 25-50% for time lost in preliminary planning stages and the remaining towards new project. Percentage will be determined on how much time was spent.

● All packages do not include hosting ( $7.95 per month at www.hostgator.com, and domain name fees . For full details, please call us at 604.264.9073. We will be happy to work with your current host, or suggest one for you.

● Updates cost $75.00 Hr (CDN) & $75.00 Hr (US). Custom Programming Rates are $130.00 Hour US & CDN. US price may very depending on current exchange rate.

● Updates over 5 hours require a 50% deposit. payment is due upon completion of updates. Invoices are due upon Receipt. Late fee’s will apply for anything over 2 weeks past due.
